Ingredients

eggs
1/2
small onion
diced
1
tsp
chili flakes
salt and pepper

flour tortillas

can
black beans
avocado, cheese, salsa
Instructions
Crack the eggs into a pan and gently whisk together. Add the diced onion and season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Cook eggs over a low flame (stove or campfire), stirring frequently until cooked through.
In another pan on low flame fry the flour tortillas for a minute or so on each side. Enough to get a few char marks on them.
Assemble your tacos! Eggs, cheese, black beans, salsa, avocado, anything you want!
