  1. Combine 1 tsp each baking powder and salt per pound of wings in a bowl. Toss wings with mixture to coat.
  2. Spread wings out on a rack and allow to dry out in the fridge for 24 hours.

  1. Lay some tin foil over a camp grate over the fire. Lightly oil it to prevent sticking
  2. Spread wings out over foiled rack. Flip and rotate wings out of hot and cool spots fairly often to ensure even cooking.
  3. Toss cooked wings in sauce and serve with your choice of sides.
